		<description>For me the format is irrevalent, this site is great for both the old Kaaawa charm that was the old format and the thoughtful political and social discourse that brings me here every day to see what interesting link there might be to explore. 		<description>I was working as a student intern at the Capitol when it opened. One day I looked under the ledge of the pond and pointed out to a startled Rep. Richard Garcia that the under surfaces were a mass of stalactites -- the lime was washing out of the mortar!
The original problem with the Aquarius tile mural is that it wasn&#039;t &quot;crowned.&quot; The middle needed to be a fraction higher than the edges, so water wouldn&#039;t collect on it.</description>
