From today’s Star-Bulletin story by Gene Park, another tidbit about the North Shore shooting:

The father said he has heard the fight grew out of a rivalry between Wahiawa and Haleiwa boys.

Yes? So? Where are the folo questions? Tell us about the rivalry. What kind of rivalry? Prior incidents? Let’s talk about the “boys”. Who? Where? When?

Hmmm…Speaking of the boys, Newt Gingrich, Ollie North and Sean Hannity are appearing tonight at the Convention Center courtesy of KHVH radio. They’ll face a protest organized by “World Can’t Wait Hawaii”, and apparently a counter demonstration being hyped by the conservative web site FreeRepublic.com.

A podcast of a Hawaii Public Radio show on the topic, “Honolulu’s Fixed Guideways – How Will The Surrounding Areas be Developed”, has been posted by the show’s host, Jay Fidell.

I ran into this link to Monty Python’s Spam skit, which really should have Hawaiian music playing in the background in honor of our role as the Spam capitol of the world.
