I didn't get the promised text message either before getting an email from a buddy who had been online and seen the media reports. . .
As you noted earlier this week, the Hawaii delegation will be hearing from either Hillary C. or Joe B. during one of our breakfast meetings -- I would guess the VP nominee will be in great demand now but wouldn't it prove his everyman bona fides if he still appeared before the hometown folks out in boonieland (Marriott South Park Meadows) where the Delaware, Hawaii and Arkansas delagations are billeted. . .

Ian, enjoy the temporary sanity while you can... this just in...

http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Denver_to_hunt_protesters_with_maps_0821.html
Denver to hunt protesters with maps, bicycles, football helmets

"Also scheduled to speak is a Denver activist who the ACLU said was subjected to police questioning about bricks being unloaded at her house.

"Although the bricks were acquired for masonry repairs, Denver police accused the activist of 'stockpiling' the bricks for the DNC," the ACLU said in a news release."
