There&#039;s an entire division (OK, well a couple of people) at the AG&#039;s office whose job it is to patrol charities/non-profits and  how they use &quot;money.&quot;  Seems like THEY should be getting on this, especially since UH now has its own attorneys so there isn&#039;t (or shouldn&#039;t be? any conflict of interest issues.</description>
