Walking before dawn is standard procedure during this part of the year. The sun doesn’t make it’s appearance until about 7:10 a.m., by which time we should already be finishing our 3-mile rounds.

It was beautiful down at the beach this morning, although alerts on Accuweather are predicting windy weather with gusts of 50 mph by the end of the week.
