		<description>Ian, allow me a brief media-related comment on the Calif. budget morass. Every news article about the CA budget regardless of its origin never even voices the possibility that the problem might not be inadequate tax revenues but overspending by the state. If that isn&#039;t propaganda/managed news, then what is? Even worse, the MSM coverage never fully explains that the &quot;solutions&quot; being presented are 50% accounting trickery. Propaganda once again.</description>
