I don’t often feel outclassed when it comes to cooking, but our friends, John & Carol, are just amazing in the kitchen. The 4th of July was another opportunity for them to display their culinary prowess, and we were among the lucky bystanders who got to consume the resulting creations. The tastes ranged from the best to even better, if that’s possible.
All washed down by excellent wine.

wow, looked like a lot of work! of course, it helps to have 2 people doing the cooking. Loved looking at that salad.
