		<description>The letter from the Advisory Council is a major, major warning to the City. They all but say that the federal funding for this project is already in jeopardy. The City should be very, very worried right now and should be motivated to work in good faith with all of the parties in the historic preservation process, even if it means delaying &quot;ground-breaking&quot; or whatever for some months. 

Hard to believe that qualified, professional planning consultants would have let the Mayor &amp; his administration get to this point. Makes you wonder how they&#039;ll handle things like safety standards for the construction &amp; operation of the rail system.

Shame on them, and shame on the City.</description>

I wish that the big media would be reporting the total cost of the &quot;show&quot; including the video and staff time.  BIG WASTE!

Also, the big media should have done an analysis of the details of the delay and the experiences of other local governments for trying to avoid compliance  with Section 106.

Did Mufi&#039;s show have anything to do with the Kamehameha Rail Option story in the Honolulu Weekly?</description>
