The colors were slow in appearing this morning. At first it looked like a simply gray dawn where the sky slowly gets lighter and at some point you realize the sun has somehow moved up somewhere behind a cloud. No colors, no light show, just a gradual appearance of the day.
It started that way this morning. Then,just as the sun was about to appear, a few clouds caught the light, looking like red ribs across the chest of the sky.
Then the clouds began to reveal remarkable textures that each caught the colors in different ways.
The result was pretty awesome. This is just a sample.
