I’m still trying to wrap my mind (tongue?) around the culinary concept behind this special of the day at the L&L next to Costco in Iwilei:

We stopped in there this afternoon for a simple BBQ chicken sandwich and a drink before a trek through the big box next door.

And, no, we didn’t order the special, although it might be fun to interview someone who did!
