		<description>Why should the school be responsible? How about placing blame where it belongs? The guilty parties are the people involved and, possibly, their parents, who clearly have failed to raise their kids properly. However, after a certain point, the parents don&#039;t  have that much influence, so I wouldn&#039;t necessarily blame them. 

Violence seems to be more acceptable in &quot;local&quot; culture than it is in many other places. (I didn&#039;t say &quot;all other places,&quot; so don&#039;t even build that straw man.) I&#039;ve been at the receiving end of unprovoked violence. It&#039;s intimidating, it&#039;s ugly, and many cops and parents seem to accept it.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s interesting that these after school fights are now being reported between Castle High School students.  I recall that two years ago staged fights between King Intermediate students were being reported by residents in the area surrounding that school.  Conclusion, it&#039;s the same students that are involved.  They are just slightly older.</description>
