John’s popular and influential, friend of the governor, etc., but with his rich client list — and hardly a white-hat one (gambling, big tobacco, etc)., they will almost certainly have the front row seats for John Radcliffe’s attention, energy, and voice. In any case, when those interests get mixed into a single presentation, it’s impossible to know what’s the real scoop and what’s just him doing what he’s paid to do.
