| When they surveyed Kaaawa Beach Park for the new rest room building, the property line (marked by the stake) is offset a number of feet from the "recognized" property line at the wall. It appears that this is a broader problem throughout Kaaawa--old accepted boundaries are not lining up with legal boundaries. It's a legal nightmare that already spawned disputes as real estate sales in the area have increased. |
