When life serves up an excess of lemons, it's time for Lemon Pudding Cake!

So that's how I spent a chunk of Sunday afternoon. I haven't done one of these in a long time, making it a pleasant adventure. Meda had to remind me to grab the camera. Cooking with one hand while holding several the Canon 5D in the other makes life interesting. But it worked.
