About the time the day started cooling off it was time to start the curry. This is definitely a fun part of any celebration, preparing the next feast! Today it was an easy chicken curry with that special sprinkle of habanero. Meda did a wonderful salad. While the curry simmered to perfection, we adjourned to the deck for a glass (or two) of wine.
