Sticker shock?

I spotted this on the wall of a portable toilet located in the parking lot of the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, visited by some 1.5 million people annually, an average of more than 4,000 visitors a day. The bad news is that the sticker is likely correct--exceeding the recommended limit of 200 continuous uses "will result in an unsanitary condition."
