| We succumbed to the shopping pressures back around New Year and bought a Costco-size turkey. At 26 pounds, it was much bigger than anything that has ever sat in our oven. We're now at the turkey soup and frozen bits stage, and tonight's bits went into what claim to be turkey burritos, soft tacos, you take your pick. Fresh home made tomato salsa, chopped lettuce, a turkey-onion-garlic-raisin-salsa mixture in mostly fat-free flour tortillas. Ahhhh. It was a very good meal. |
