| Stairway to Justice? Repair backlog at Honolulu's First Circuit Court |
![]() |
| Instead of fixing the concrete spalling on these stairs into the main entrance of the First Circuit Court building on Punchbowl Street, which have been closed off with temporary signs and yellow tape for a long time, now the Judiciary has gone ahead and bolted barriers onto the metal railings, making the "temporary" closure somewhat permanent. It's another sad example of the failure to maintain state facilities. |
