I've known Wilma since our days as teaching assistants in the then-brand new Ethic Studies program at the University of Hawaii back, well, a while ago. She then shared an office with Meda when they started teaching at Honolulu Community College before she flew off to the mainland and law school. She and her family have been back in Hawaii for 15 years or so. Lucky for us.
