Another small milestone

It snuck right past me sometime late yesterday without being noticed.

“It” being the 1,700,000th visit to this page, as measured by the old-style counter at the top of the left hand column.

The whole site, including archives, photos, etc., surpasses that number, but the count is likely quite close to the actual number of views of this main entry page.

Thanks for stopping by! Hopefully you’ll continue to do so.

It bet it was ME! LOL!

Hey Ian! Just an FYI: I subscribed to your blog with the feedburner option below, because I wanna know when you post WHEN YOU POST. However, feedburner seems to do an evening sweep and sends it to me about 18 hours later. I’m thinking of unsubscribing because of that. Unless there’s an option that I can make a change to inform me immediately?

I’m here every day anyway, so, it won’t be like you’re gonna lose THIS hit.

Enjoy your blog every day and come here before anywhere else.

I click here first every morning also. BEFORE I read the papers. A big mahalo for all of your educational posts – and photos that brighten my day! (Commenting at the site of a journalist often sends me to the Thesaurus, hopefully improving my writing, also!)

Very impressive and I remember when you hit a million.

I still remember posting on my blog the day I hit 10,000 viewers.

I’m still tripping that I’m almost up to a half a million in less then 18 months.

Of course… I wish my blog was more quality reading like yours… I’m more of a “National Enquirer” type I guess.

    Happy Holidays!
