Just a couple of photographs to cut through the gloom of events of the day.

We were getting ready for dinner last night when Ms. Harry had decided to plunk herself down right in the middle of Meda’s plate. She seemed quite pleased with herself, and held her position while I grabbed a camera and got a few pictures. Harry certainly knows how to get attention!

And the answer is, yes, the plates did get washed before we served the food.

The photo below was sent by a friend who adopted Purr and Anna back in 2005. These kittens were part of a litter rescued by the girls across the street. We then provided foster care while looking for homes for them.

You can see Purr looking out the window, and his reflection in the window next to the bird on the window sill that has his attention. What a great image!
