Lots of people believe in noni’s healing powers.

I’m agnostic on that. But this photo is pleasant on the eyes! As usual, click for a larger version.

When I was a child, hurling soft, white, overripe noni fruit at my playmates provided us with cheap fun – followed by a spanking and obligatory bath.

I tried for the better part of a year to acquire a taste for noni juice purely because of its supposed health benefits. After six months of drinking an eight ounce glass every morning, the taste became tolerable. But it never became good.

I didn’t notice any drop-off in general health after I discontinued my regimen either. It was an expensive lesson learned.
