A post here on Saturday featured a photo, and I asked for help in figuring out its location. The photo, probably taken in the 1930s, was later identified as Kanewai Spring in Kuliouou.

Here’s a follow-up photo of the same site from a slightly different angle.

Kanewai was recently purchased after a fundraising effort by many supporters and the Trust for Public Land.
