And this is Moko, a puppy rescued after being found injured along Kamehameha Highway near Kualoa Ranch. After surgery and a long recovery, he's winging off soon to live on a large property in the San Diego area. A lucky dog indeed. He's named for Mokolii, the small island just off the point at Kualoa. We had heard Moko's story but did not meet him until last week.
