| This is Ms. Mink. She's had a rough first year of life. She was acquired by a family at the end of our street, but they didn't seem to know what is involved in having a dog. She never had exercise, never had attention, often had no fresh water, and we just assume she ate. As a result, she barked and howled endlessly, day and night. The saga ended recently when the family suddenly left town, leaving the dog behind. With repeated calls from everyone else on the street, the Humane Society finally took Mink and she's now headed for a good home with a Weimaraner family. |
