Canvassing for Akaka

Akaka's supporters have been canvassing Kaaawa with glossy brochures, but they must have been paid by the piece. Many of those brochures were left in the most unlikely places, like this one, or the one on the locked back entry to Kaaawa Elementary School (and school was out), or the back fence of Jarrett's house on the opposite side of the yard from the entrance gate.
