Salmon fillets in lemon, garlic, and caper sauce. Meda likes the capers, I prefer the garlic. Served with rice, peas, a decent bottle of chardonnay, some standby hot sauce, and, of course, a cat. That's Ms.Harry getting in place for handouts once I sit down. A good time was had by all.
