| Leftovers on Anniversary Eve August 14, 2007 |

| We had a little bit of meat left over from last night, so I chopped some onioins and threw them in a pan, added the meat cut into small pieces, threw in some raisins, garlic, a couple of kinds of hot sauce, and added small amounts of water or wine to keep it all moist while cooking. Meanwhile, Meda shredded some lettuce, made up some fresh salsa with fresh tomatoes and peppers, and heated refried beans. Then we heated flour and corn tortillas and built quick whatever-you-want-to-call-thems. Leftovers better than the first night. |
