Feasting in Kaaawa

[text] Our weekend ended on a high note–dinner with friends at their home just around the corner.

They are both very good cooks, and it was another excellent meal. A beautiful green salad with a homemade dressing, tandoori chicken, lamb chops that had been marinated for two days, and a very tasty wild rice mix on the side. Polished with a bit of chocolate, red wine (which followed some fine NZ white), and conversation.

Luckily, it was a very short walk home.

I guess now we’re ready for the week.
