Feline Friday: Survivors

Here we are again. Feline Friday!

And it’s turned out to be a much better week than I expected it was going to be. We did not have to say goodbye to Annie this week after all, because when I discontinued the blood pressure medication she had been taking, her appetite bounced back. Well, not a huge bounce, but a noticeable one. So Annie is still with us, and no longer appears ready to depart this 9th life right away. In a turnaround, today it’s Romeo that’s heading off to the vet for a checkup to try to figure out why he’s been moping around.

In any case, you’ll notice Annie has been very much part of things during the week. She is one tough kitty.

    Another great Friday of cats!

Sorry to jump topic, but news of 30 SA staff let go leaves Hawaii with little of nothing left news!
Nothing new in economic realities, no investigation if they received Covid19 loans. But, 30 positions is about all that was left. Not sure how many total workers, since they were at bare minimal workforce long ago. News stories on local TV are still dependent on copying the paper. We have an unprecedented void of Democracy that is a black hole, while TV news is bringing in green horn malahini for low wage labor.
RIP HAWAII MEDIA! Sleep like the cats!

I’ve followed your kitties for as many years as I can remember. I’ve loved them all. Thank you for sharing their lives with us.
