A federal judge in Texas has ordered that the 5-year old boy with his Spider-Man backpack, made famous by a photo taken during his recent detention by ICE agents, be immediately released from detention in Texas, along with his father.
“ Apparent…is the government’s ignorance of an American historical document called the
Declaration of Independence,” Judge Fred Biery wrote.
You don’t read judicial opinions like this very often.

Well, bravo for this judge. Of course Trump and crew don’t care about the U.S. Constitution, thus they should be removed.

the news fills me with white hot rage so i am venting.
SHAME ON YOU out there if you are rationalizing the trauma inflicted on children, their families and the affected community.
snatching Americans, separating children and toddlers from parents and transporting them to another state is all sorts of wrong.
snatching people and then releasing them into the freezing cold is cruel.
SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME
And with a total lack of due process.
Some of these kids (our future) will use this experience to be better people and to fight to make the world a kinder place, but some of them will be so damaged they will go the other way and create more problems for society down the line. Either way, they will all be traumatized for life and no one will ever know who they were supposed to be without this experience. It’s almost worse than murder, completing robbing a child of their potential when they are helpless to change anything.
I would not usually recommend white hot rage as a solution to any problem but many of us are feeling it right now, and so be it if that is what it takes. There are more of us than there are of them and it is time to drive these creatures back into their swamps.
