| Once the meat was browned, I added the chicken broth and one local hot pepper, chopped. Then I covered the pan and put the whole thing into the oven. It doesn't take long for the meat to cook through, probably not more than 20-25 minutes. It's done when it just reaches (or gets close to) 160 degrees. Created with iView MediaPro  |
