It’s gray, cloudy, and damp in Kaaawa early this morning. We’re trying to decide whether to press on with our early walk or defer until later in the day. There’s a point where the joy of a good walk becomes just slogging through the wind and rain. This one is still up for grabs.

In the meantime, since I don’t have a more substantive entry ready yet, I’ll go ahead and share this week’s felines. This is Mr. Toby, a familiar face to many of you. We rescued him from the wild as a kitten when he was about two weeks old, bottle fed him, and he’s now a handsome guy on the far side of 16 pounds.
