You know cats are happy when they go off into the Kneading Zone. I’m never sure what triggers it, but those paws start going, they stare into nowhere, and they’re in the zone.
Maybe it was the Super Bowl that got Silverman, but he was there. I happened to have a camera. This is the result. Nothing exciting. Nothing funny. Just Silverman in the zone.

interesting… maybe it’s because of my cat is much younger, but when she’s in the Zone, she really goes at it like crazy, like her life depends on it. i appreciate silverman’s more subtle approach.
They remember being babies and usually they drool a little. Thirty seconds of vulnerability. Silverman was feeling rather secure to give in to that.
We give them the bunny. The bunny puts them in the zone. They make dough like crazy.
