We had a visitor this morning, a large, sleeping, Hawaiian Monk Seal. She or he has been on the beach farther towards Kualoa for several days recently, but this may be the first time that it’s been over our way this year. The beach was cordoned off with signs advising people to “admire seals from a distance.”
