That’s how many times Mr. Romeo’s “Wake up call” video has been viewed on YouTube as of just before 11 a.m. this morning, Hawaii time.

He seems unconcerned about his spreading fame, although he has been slimming down from his former pudged-out profile. And he has finally got past the obsession with the stray cat that’s been around the neighborhood, and has stopped stalking him. Hopefully it’s a behavior change that will last.

Meantime, Wally has gotten a little appetite back, although it still requires more than a little monitoring and coaxing to be sure she’s getting enough to eat.

Annie’s been hunting again, but otherwise around the house more this week. Toby is still housebound because he hasn’t learned to use the cat doors. When the people leave the house, seven cats can manage to go in and out. Toby hasn’t discovered the trick, although a couple of times we thought he was close. We’re not necessarily unhappy about Toby becoming an inside cat, though. He turns 10 a little later this year, as does Mr. Duke. I better look up Duke’s birthday, as it’s coming up quickly.

I think only Ms. Harry didn’t make it into today’s photo gallery of Friday Felines. It was a little frantic this morning, as I tried to get enough fresh pictures. Somehow Harriet missed out.
