It was busy down on the beach in Kaaawa this morning. There were a few fishermen, a few walkers, and some campers, along with some of our favorite dogs.

I had my Canon S100 in my pocket, just retrieved on Friday afternoon after being repaired by Canon (a “no charge” repair). It appears to be in very good working order. Photos at least as sharp as before the repair.

Ms. Roo, who was born without fully formed front legs, was on the beach with her person and had attracted a group of admirers led by the girl on the left. “I love this dog,” she told me yesterday morning.

In any case, both Ms. Roo and the kids agreed to a photo (or two). Meda asked if any of them have access to a computer, and we told them about Kaaawa.net, where the posted photos should be easy to find. Hopefully they’ll be able to see the pictures and remember this weekend on the beach in Kaaawa.
