By the time this is posted early Thursday morning, we’ll be on a flight to San Francisco to attend a small memorial gathering for Meda’s mother, Margaret Renton Chesney, who died in February.

It’s a short trip with not much time on the ground, enough for a family dinner followed by a Saturday memorial to be held at the Silverado memory care facility, where Margo had been living for several years.

I just did a quick look through old photos and made copies of several showing Margo at different stages of her life. I’ll share a few of those photos below.

I’m going to have to play it by ear in terms of blog posts while we’re gone. I’ll try my best, but it might not work out. My advice–check here daily, but I could miss a day or two.
