The only visible clues are the banner in the background, “Jess…,” and the Panda Express cup.

Could it be a Jesse Ventura banner? He was running for governor of Minnesota at the time. So is it a mall in Minneapolis? Panda Express is there in MN, and we’ve visited Minneapolis a couple of times.

Possible, but unless I come up with my 1999 calendar in a box somewhere, I’ll probably never know.
