Here are two morning views, photos taken this morning.
The sun is now coming up several minutes before 6 a.m.
We don’t get out of the house until a few minutes after six, so don’t see the sunrise itself.
Today, the sun finally broke through a heavy layer of clouds about 20 minutes after sunrise, and briefly lit up the houses down the beach towards the Wailupe Peninsula.
A while later, the clouds moved away and the bright morning sun created wonderful colors along the shore.
