This was among several snapshots I recently found at Antique Alley here in Honolulu. If you’ve never been there, it should be put on your priority list.
In any case, it’s one of several photos apparently taken from Aloha Tower. It’s looking across Honolulu in the direction of Kalihi. From other photos, it appears to have been taken in the 1930s.
