The winner of this year’s Honolulu Marathon, Titus Ekiru, crossed the finish line on the other side of Diamond Head about two hours ago. His time was the second-fastest ever recorded in the event.
When he passed our house, which is about 22.5 miles into the race, he was all along, about three minutes, or more than half a mile, ahead of the next fastest runner.

Wow, thanks for sharing. That was amazing. What beauty. Only 15 minutes into the race and he?s halfway through Kahala. I also liked the cops and your neighbor greeting each other. A nice touch of humanity!
Nice slow motion!
