And it’s a big week in our feline-centric household.
No dramatic progress, just continued small steps forward with an occasional step back.
Kali is increasingly comfortable playing in all parts of the house. She’s interested in Romeo, but still not comfortable. That becomes clear when she occasionally turns and swats him in the face with a paw for no apparent reason. Romeo makes no aggressive moves. And when Kali hit’s him, Romeo just cowers and waits. He’s not interesting in fighting with her. I have faith that she’ll understand that one of these weeks.
Anyway, lots of cat energy this week, and so lots of photos. Have fun.

Romeo is such a gentleman. Kali is one lucky cat. Our Buttercup was missing for 2 weeks and returned this past Tuesday. He is chipped and neutered so either someone had him or he was on a walk about. Wish he could tell us where he was. His return has made us very happy.

Forget the election indeed!! Purposely NOT following it (as much as possible) and just want the bloody thing to be done with. With a now irreconcilable country, I am more than ever thankful to be here where sanity still seems to be mostly the norm, gun laws are sensible and our scariest issue now is whether or not a new mayor will continue to steer us towards fiscal ruin or use common sense to put a halt to the disaster public works/union & developer giveaway rail disaster at Middle Street.
I’m not holding my breath though.
