For those who want to wade into details of the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2020, the folks at Lawfare are compiling the criminal charges filed in the wake of the January 6 invasion of the U.S. Capitol.

…we are compiling links to charging documents related to the Jan. 6 riot on Capitol Hill. Our list includes cases in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. As of Jan. 12, this document also contains charges relating to the inauguration in a separate section. This article will be continually updated.

As of January 14, the database includes documents for 67 individuals charged to date, including charges brought in federal court and in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Lawfare also reports: “On Jan. 13, the Department of Justice released a database for “Investigations Regarding Violence at the Capitol” that includes press releases, charging documents, case status and the residency of each individual charged.”
