We’re on a United flight from San Francisco to Honolulu. I’m part way through a glass of ginger ale and awaiting arrival of some airline food.

I apologize for the irregular posts over the past week, as we spent time in Boise, Idaho, and then in the San Francisco Bay area, visiting family and a bunch of thrift stores in both places.

I’m glad to be heading home.

Also worth noting is that the is coming to you via United’s wifi service, which is available on this flight. It’s costing me $8, which doesn’t seem unreasonble for a bit of welcome distraction during the five-hour flight.
