It’s still before noon all across the U.S., so I can claim “on time” status this week!

Last week, I was deep in polishing a draft story to submit to Civil Beat. This week, I’ve been buried in a desperate attempt to submit my several annual calendars for printing. Dogs, cats, and dawn. That’s been my story for several days.

But this time around, at least I broke free enough for a few photos of the cats.

So, here they come. Kinikini, who acts like he rules the house. Kali, who seems to prevail when push comes to claw. And Ms. Bessie, who is slowly learning to stand up for herself.
