The cats are here, and the audience is anticipating what’s to come!

Not much going on in the world of our Kahala cats.

A bit more afternoon sun, that’s a plus.

We’ve spotted a long haired black cat making its way through our yard from a house somewhere behind us, going to and from who knows where. We haven’t seen many neighborhood cats since moving to Kahala. In that respect, it’s very different than Kaaawa. More people here must keep their cats indoors, as we do.

We received a hand-me-down bag of Friskies dry cat food, and our cats related to it as yummy junk food! A new taste that they’re happy to try out. I’ve been mixing it with their regular dry cat food, and I’m wondering what happens when we go back to the same old, same old. Hopefully they’ll just go with the flow.

Thursday morning’s lightning display doesn’t seem to have phased the cats, but if the thunder had been louder, I think that would have sent them all into hiding.

In any case, it’s Friday, and the cats are ready.

So here goes.
