I got started on Feline Friday early this week, so sat down this morning with a lot of photos to choose from.
What you see is what you get. Kini is still the Big Man in the house, and occasionally still tries to bully Kali (not a smart move!), and will chase Bessie into hiding, but nowhere near as often as he used to.
It’s strange. They’ll sit down and eat side by side without any fussing. Well, no fussing until Kinikini decides that Bessie’s food looks far more delicious than his, and pushes her aside to do a taste test. She typically stages a tactical retreat at this point, and returns later to finish off both dishes.
Kali, on the other hand, chases as much as she is chased. And she doesn’t put up with Kini’s antics. She’ll surprise him with a full frontal both-front-paws-with-claws attack when Kinikini seems too aggressive.
Anyway, no need for suspense. Here come the cats.

Luckily, she has her ways of coping. She takes over the house, and us, when Kinikini is napping!
