I have to confess. I’m writing this a day early. It’s about 4 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, and I’m getting the jump on Feline Friday so that I don’t have to worry about it on Friday morning.

When I sorted through my photos for the week, Kinikini was absolutely dominant. I must have had ten photo of Kinikini, maybe three of Kali, and just three of Bessie.

So I had to haul one of the cameras out again and chase Bessie around the living room, trying to get her into some reasonable light to make the camera happy. Bessie still ends up short, but not by as much.

This isn’t that unusual. I usually have some balancing to do toward the end of the week. Sometimes I have to resort to using a dangling cat toy to capture great expressions. The downside is that they tend to get excited and squabble over the toy. All part of the game, I guess.
