A notice was posted on the court docket at 8:13 this morning setting a last-minute change of plea hearing for Delia Fabro-Miske at 9 a.m. before Judge Derrick Watson.
Fabro-Miske was married to Mike Miske’s late son, Caleb. After his death, Miske shifted most of his businesses in to her name in what prosecutors have allege was an attempt to hide his continued ownership and control.
The third superseding indictment charges her conspiring, with Miske and others, to commit crimes as part of the alleged Miske Enterprise, which prosecutors say was a sprawling racketeering organization. In addition, she is charged with one count of bank fraud, along with Mike Miske, for preparing and submitting false information in order to obtain an auto loan from Bank of Hawaii for another individual.

What a very sad situation she ended up in… I really hope and pray that she is rehabilitated and counseled for all the duress she’s gone through and harm to others she may have caused. It’s never to late to do the right thing… although Mike may be a lost cause. So glad it’s coming to a conclusion at last.
Hey Rev… “may have caused”. She intentionally took jonathons fraziers girlfriend to an “all day” spa and xperience” to get her out of the house so they could kidnap and kill Jamarion Frazier…. She is guilty of conspiring to assist culprits who took a man’s life You try to make it sound like she added to much salt to the soup by accident … hope no one’s taste buds were affected. I haven’t been able to find evidence to back up a direct statement that she “intentionally” extended the spa day “so they could kidnap and kill” Johnny Fraser. I hope the jury will be presented such evidence, and then intentions and motives will be clear. In the meantimne, as a reporter, I’m trying to stick to what I have seen evidence for.
